We invite you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") which govern the use of the Website. Their acceptance is necessary to be able to access to the latter.
We draw your attention to the fact that, although we strive to keep this Website accessible, we reserve the right, without ever being able to held against us, to delete, suspend or modify the Website, its content and these T&Cs at any time and without notice. This may be done notably for the purposes of improving the Website, maintenance, updates, corrections, adding or removing content, or to ensure legal or regulatory compliance.

This Website is exclusively reserved for healthcare professionals. To access and use it, you must register online by creating a user account. When you register, and thanks to the documents you will be asked to provide (health professional certification, professional license or any other official documentation), your status as a healthcare professional will be verified:
- automatically by our service provider IQVIA via its secure OneKey protocol or
- manually by our Website administrators.
The Website is exclusively intended for healthcare professionals, who are the only authorized users, and provides them with information relating to the field of dermatology, for information purposes only.
It is expressly stated that no information available on the Website can replace the professional judgment or personal clinical diagnosis of the healthcare professional, user of the Website. The latter remains solely responsible for his or her medical decisions and in no case can the Website be held responsible for any decision or action taken on the basis of the information provided on the Website.
The Website thus provides healthcare professionals with content that is exclusively informative, intended to support them in their research, teaching and training activities in the field of dermatology.
Thus, some contents of the Website will be accessible according to the user's profession.
Specifically, the following Website contents will be exclusively accessible to physicians and dermatology interns:
- the dermatology photo library inherited from Professor Marc Larrègue;
- the clinical photography collections of Professor Robert Baran (nail pathology) and Professor Mourad Mokni (infectious skin diseases), as well as other clinical contributions;
- all sections containing sensitive contents (e.g. photos of patients, quizzes, etc.).
The following contents will be exclusively accessible to dermatology residents:
- competition (e.g. Most misleading clinical case, etc.);
- events (e.g. Marc Larrègue Seminar, etc.).
The following contents will be accessible to all healthcare professionals, regardless of their specialities:
- product pages;
- practical resources for healthcare professionals, for patients and quizzes that do not use sensitive content (e.g. photos of patients);
- dermatology news and events (e.g. webinars, press relations evenings, international medical congresses).
In order to optimize and personalize the user experience, some contents of the Website may be highlighted or made accessible according to the user's profile, in particular according to the following criteria:
- Profession;
- Speciality;
- Interests.
Visuals from the Dermatology Photo Library inherited from Professor Marc Larrègue, as well as those from other collections of clinical photographs available on the Website, can be added by each user healthcare professional to his or her own personal space, notably in the form of collections or favorites.
Each visual available on the Website is accompanied by a visual identifier ("seal") indicating its origin from a specific collection (Professors Marc Larrègue, Robert Baran, Mourad Mokni or others). For visuals from other sources, the name of the author of the photograph is directly mentioned on the image.
As a healthcare professional, you must always comply with the rules of professional conduct and medical ethics when using this Website.

2. Intellectual property
The Website as a whole and each of the elements that make it up (visuals, photographs and clinical photographs from the collections of photos gathered by the aforementioned professors, protected trademarks, slogans, images, texts, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual, literary and artistic property law.
No use, reproduction or representation of the Website, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, for purposes other than those strictly listed below, and in particular commercial and financial, is authorized.

Subject to compliance with these T&Cs, only healthcare professional users validly registered on the Website, without geographical restriction, and for the legal term of protection of intellectual property rights applicable in France and internationally, are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and revocable right to:

the visual and scientific contents made available on the Website, under the conditions defined below.
3.2 Terms of Use
The contents may be used in reasonable proportions, and in absolute compliance with medical ethics, exclusively for the purposes of:
